Most residential garage floors are completed in 2–5 Days. Day 1 is surface preparation (diamond grinding, crack repair), and Days 2–5 are the epoxy application and topcoat. Light foot traffic is possible after 24 hours; vehicles after 72 hours.
Pricing depends on the system, square footage, and surface condition. Residential flake floors typically range from $5–$7/sqft. Metallic floors are $12–$15/sqft. We provide free, no-obligation estimates for every project.
With proper preparation and quality materials, our epoxy systems are designed for long service life. We select the topcoat for the system and environment — including UV-stable polyaspartic for flake systems and urethane or high-gloss finishes for metallic and solid-colour systems. Our installations are backed by a 20-year warranty.
We handle all surface preparation. You'll need to clear the area of vehicles, items, and furniture before we arrive. We take care of everything else — grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, and application.
