Question 1

How much does epoxy flooring cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the system, square footage, and surface condition. Residential flake floors typically range from $5–$7/sqft. Metallic floors are $12–$15/sqft. We provide free, no-obligation estimates for every project.

Question 2

How long does epoxy flooring last?

Accepted Answer

With proper installation and care, epoxy floors last 20+ years. We back our work with a 20-year warranty against peeling and bond failure. The key is professional surface preparation, which we always include.

Question 3

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes — please clear the area of all furniture, vehicles, and personal items before our arrival. We handle all surface preparation including grinding, crack repair, and cleaning. The space needs to be empty and accessible.

Question 4

Can epoxy be installed over existing flooring?

Accepted Answer

Epoxy is best applied directly to concrete. Existing coatings, paint, or tiles typically need to be removed first. During our free estimate, we assess your current floor condition and recommend the best preparation approach.

Question 5

Accepted Answer
